  If you are looking for good service I don't recommend this place unless you are a regular. Me and my honey arrived at 7:21 pm on Thursday night and headed back to the pool area to play pool. A Burnett waitress walked by and acknowledge us saying she be right with us. 7:46 pm still no service so my honey decided to serve ourselves and go to the bar. He returned with the owner following him (the husband) he was asking others how everything was. Most said we're fine or OK. He asked me if I would like anything because he noticed i had nothing on my table, I said " yes I would but I think my honey already took care of it." He said "OK" and turned away. (excuse me should you see if we have a waitress to further our visit.) Oh wait he turned around and says here's your drinks, it was the owner(the wife) she sets the drinks down and begins to walk away and I had to say "wait we would like to place an order." She takes our order, we ordered two entrees and one appetizer. Forty minutes past by and we started to wonder where our appetizer was. My honey decided to go look and guess what, he found it sitting on the bar along with our entrees. Well he grabbed the appetizer and the owner(wife) seen him take it to our table. We were expecting her to deliver the rest of our food. Where I was sitting I could see our food and both owners and the Burnett looked at the food three times but left it sit there. I finally walked up there and all of sudden it hit the owner(wife) that it was ours and directed the Burnett to deliver it. The Burnett almost ran me over in her demand. I think when I walked up their the gig was up. They (owners)knew I was unhappy and they had no intent to make me happy. The owner(wife) was our waitress and she never came to ask us how we were doing? Personally I think that the owners should stay at home and let there wait staff do there job. I've seen the Burnett waitress before and she can Hussle. I also learned the next day that the owners told the Burnett to punch out shortly after we arrived and the owner(wife) would take over. The Burnett checked up on us once and brought me a second drink and delivered our food all off the clock. We left at 10pm ,all in all we had an appetizer ,dinner and three drinks in 2 1/2 hours. Btw the food was good even tho my fries were cold. It was also trivia night and the entertainment was entertaining.
